1) Guests are responsible for all damages. If the damages exceed the deposit the guests are responsible for the remainder of costs to repair.
2) Guests must have security if alcohol is on the premises.
3) The deposit will not be refunded if room is left dirty or damaged.
4) The key must be returned to the front desk staff for inspection of the room to receive their deposit.
